Our Premium Rum Collection features a curated selection of Caribbean-aged rums, currently being polished and refined in Miami under the Venezuelan school of aging and the close supervision of our Rum Master. From Virgin Rum to 1, 3, 5, and 8-year expressions, each barrel is carefully monitored to achieve balance, depth, and elegance.

For 2026 we are featuring Little River 5 year old selection.  It is a mature, well-integrated rum showing its five-year age with poise. The bourbon and sherry cask partnership brings harmony between vanilla-laced oak, dried fruit richness, and balanced sweetness, making Little River 5 Year a versatile sipper that rewards slow enjoyment.
